Marina Prices

• Prices are calculated based on the 'Length Over All' (LOA) of the boat.  Minimum LOA 25'-0”
• Length measurement includes bow pulpit / bowsprit and swim platform / motor or out drive.
• All payments are due in advance. 
• A late Fee of $25.00 will be accessed on accounts more than 8 days late.
• On an annual lease, pay 12 months in advance and get the 13th month free.

• Prices subject to change without notice.
• There is a $10.00 per month pedestal fee. Each slip has its own electric meter and will be read on the 23rd of each month making the bill due on the 1st day of each month @ $.11 per KWH OVER 200.
